Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free return and refund process. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to returns and refunds of products purchased from Amyzel e-commerce website. You agree to the following Terms of Service by purchasing a product from Amyzel.com.

Products Eligible for Return and Replacement

Products are eligible for return and replacement under the conditions outlined below. Depending on the case, customers may request a replacement or a refund:

  • In Case of Damage: After opening the package, if the product is found in damaged condition, then you need to inform us by sending us an email with the picture of the damaged product within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of the goods with order reference number at:- sales@amyzel.com. Requests made after this period may be subject to additional verification or may not be eligible for return. The product must be in new, unused condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging. We will replace the damaged product after assessment or take other corrective measures as deemed appropriate to address the issue. 
  • In case of wrong product: In case a wrong product is delivered to you that you did not order, kindly inform us within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of the goods with the order reference number at:- sales@amyzel.com. It will be replaced with the product that you ordered.
  • In Case of Change in Requirement/Mind: If you change your mind after ordering due to any reason, you may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at sales@amyzel.com. A refund will be initiated corresponding to that order within 3-4 business days (Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider). After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed. However, we will try to assist where possible.
  • If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the product, size, or colour) instead of cancelling it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order is not already in production.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Customized Products: Any product that has been customized unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • Used Products: If the item shows signs of use or damage due to wear and tear or rough use, or is not in its original packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

Packaging guidelines

To return and replace the product, it must be properly packed in the original packaging material provided by Amyzel. Please take a picture of the packed product and share it with our customer service team to arrange for pickup.

Note: Return pickup is free in case the product is defective and Amyzel decides to replace it.

Refund Process 

If you are eligible for any refund, the same will be initiated as per the guidelines mentioned below:

  • Once the product is received at our warehouse, a refund will be initiated within 3-4 business days. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds will be initiated via NEFT or following the original payment mode.
  • In case of order cancellation refunds (not due to Amyzel error), non-refundable payment gateway fees (typically 2–3%) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation policy 

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without any questions asked by informing our customer care team and emailing us at sales@amyzel.com. We will process your request and notify you via email once the cancellation is confirmed. A refund will be initiated as per above-mentioned refund process guidelines. However, no cancellation is allowed after the passage of 24 hours if the order is already processed and is under production. 

We also reserve the right to cancel your order in case of pricing errors, payment processing issues, or if we cannot make the product under any unforeseen circumstances. In case Amyzel cancels the order for any of the above reasons, no charges will be deducted. We will refund you the full amount.

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically, especially before making a purchase.
