Payment Policy
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing transactions made at Amyzel. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned herein.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through Razorpay, our secure and trusted payment gateway, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options. We also offer direct bank transfer/ NEFT/ IMPS as an alternative payment method.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. We do not currently support payments in foreign currencies.
2. Payment Authorization & Responsibility
Amyzel acts as a payment facilitator and does not offer banking or financial services. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner, which complies with the latest PCI-DSS security standards.
Amyzel shall not be held responsible for any transaction failures or delays due to:
- Insufficient balance or exceeding card limits
- Authorization denial by your issuing bank
- Technical errors at the bank or payment gateway
- Incomplete or incorrect payment information provided by customers
We strongly recommend that users verify their payment credentials and ensure network stability while completing any transaction.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team to confirm the status of your transaction.
4. No Hidden Charges or Fees
At Amyzel, we do not charge any hidden fees. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping is also free for ground floor delivery. If any additional handling or floor-delivery charges apply, they will be communicated transparently before you complete your order.
5. Payment Security
Your security is important to us. We do not store your card, bank or payment information on our servers. All transactions are securely encrypted and handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.
6. Refund of Payments
Order cancelled within 24 hours of placement qualifies for full refunds. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Terms. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, and may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
If a refund is requested by the customer after successful payment, non-recoverable payment gateway charges may be deducted unless explicitly waived or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Payment Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal, technological, or business practices. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Customers are advised to review the policy before completing any transaction.
