Do you have a physical store where I can see the products?

Currently, we don’t have a physical store; we only do business online with our head office in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India .

Do you make customized furniture and carpets?

Yes, we do make customized furniture and carpets. Kindly contact our customer service team for any query or doubt. 

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or checkout as a guest and choose to pay via different payment options available.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can track your order via the tracking information provided once the order is dispatched. 

How can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options. We also accept direct bank transfer/ NEFT/ IMPS as an alternative payment method.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, an invoice will be emailed to you along with your order.

Product Information

Are the colours on the website accurate?

We strive to show accurate colour representations. However, colours may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. For details see our Terms and Conditions. 

How can I check if a furniture or carpet item fits in my space?

We provide product dimensions in the description. We recommend you measure your space and compare it with the product dimensions. Customization is also possible.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our Sheesham wood furniture includes a 10-year limited warranty against termite damage, while our carpets are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Shipping & Delivery 

How much does shipping cost?

We provide Free Delivery.

How will my order be delivered?

We partner with several courier services to deliver your order securely. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your delivery address any time before we dispatch the order. The request should be via email and call to our customer care team. 

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery times are determined by the courier service. However, once the courier service contacts you, you can request them for a specific time. 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact customer service immediately and remark on the receipt if your order arrives damaged. We will assist you with a replacement.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy?

In case of major damage or if an incorrect product has been sent by us, kindly inform us via call and email and send pictures within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt at: sales@amyzel.com. We will replace the product. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. They will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

If you have cancelled your order within 24 hours, a refund will be initiated corresponding to that order within 3-4 business days. (Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider).

Can I exchange an item?

No exchange is allowed. 

Carpet quality 

Does your carpet come with a warranty?

Yes, our carpet comes with a warranty of 6 months against manufacturing defects. For more details, check our warranty policy. 

Do the carpets come with anti-slip backing?

Yes, many of our carpets feature anti-slip backing for safety. Kindly check the product description for specific details or contact our Customer Service team. 

Care and Maintenance 

How do I clean and maintain my furniture?

We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and using furniture polish as needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

How should I clean my carpet?

For routine cleaning, vacuum regularly. For spills or stains, blot and don’t rub by using a clean cloth, absorb it as much as possible. If the stain is still there, you can apply a mixture of water and mild detergent or use a carpet stain remover. 

Can I use any type of vacuum on my carpet?

Remember that not all vacuums are suitable for all types of carpets. Use a vacuum with adjustable height settings to avoid damaging the fibers for High-Pile Carpets. For Low-Pile Carpets, most vacuums work well, but ensure the vacuum has strong suction.
