You purchasing a product from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Products Eligible for Return and Replaced
Products can be returned and will be replaced only:
- in case of major damageif we have sent a different product
Kindly inform us via call and email and send pictures within 48 hours of receipt at: customercare@amyzel.in . In case of major damage or a wrong product has been sent, the product will be replaced by a new one. The product must be in new, unused condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
- Customized Products: Any furniture or carpets that have been customized.Used or Damaged Products: If the item shows signs of use or damage, or is not in its original packaging.If you have placed an order for the wrong product and did not inform us within 24 hours. To return and replace the product, it must be properly packed in the original packaging material provided by Amyzel. Please take a picture of the packed product and share it with our customer service team to arrange for pickup.Important Note: If the product is not packed in the original packaging, it will not be eligible for return and replacement.
4. Refund Process
We provided hassle free refunds only for orders cancelled within 24 hours after you have placed your order. The amount shall be refunded within 5-6 working days.
5. Cancellation policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without any questions asked by informing our customer care team and emailing to us at customercare@amyzel.com. However, no cancellation is allowed after the passage of 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of pricing errors, issues with payment processing, or if under any unforeseen circumstances, we cannot make the product.
